- 3 large tomatoes whichever types you want
- 1 large peach
- fresh basil
- salt & pepper
- minced garlic
- butter
- olive oil
- 1 baguette sliced diagonally
- parmesan cheese
- balsamic vinegar
make a quick garlic butter by adding minced garlic to butter in a bowl and heat for 20 seconds
brush garlic butter on your sliced baguette
toast baguette slices in the oven at 400°F for 12 min. now you have crostini!
chop tomatoes, peach, basil then add to a bowl
add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and mix
let your bruschetta mixture sit in the fridge for at least an hour
top your garlic crostini with your mixture
sprinkle parmesan and balsamic vinegar on top
