Nutella Surprise Oat Muffins

Basically we are obsessed with these Nutella oat muffins in this household. They have a rich, smooth, chocolate-y center that will make your morning. They can be eaten at room temp or heat it up for about 15 seconds.

Nutella Surprise Oat Muffins
These oat muffins have a delicious Nutella center!
Equipment
- Kitchen Aid Standing Mixer
Ingredients
- 2 & 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/8 cup quick whole grain oats
- 1 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk I use vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp roasted cinnamon add more if you wish
- Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Add all dry ingredients into the Kitchen Aid and mix
- Add the wet ingredients, minus Nutella, into the Kitchen Aid one at a time
- Mix until smooth, you will still see oat pieces
- Pour mixture into the muffin tin
- Scoop about 1/4 tsp of Nutella into each cavity and push down to the center using gentle tapping
- Bake for 10 minutes at 400Β°F
- Check, then bake for another 10 minutes at 375Β°F
